The Co-Founder will help define the studio’s vision and strategy across entertainment, film, and music, and oversee key initiatives from concept through execution. Daily responsibilities include identifying and developing new projects, building relationships with artists, producers, and partners, and managing pipelines for film and music content. The role involves collaborating on marketing and sales plans, conducting market and audience research, and making data-informed decisions to grow the brand and revenue. The Co-Founder will also contribute to operational planning, budget oversight, and team coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret market, audience, and performance data to guide strategic decisions.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with creative teams, partners, and stakeholders, and for presenting concepts and plans clearly.Sales skills to identify opportunities, pitch projects, negotiate agreements, and build long-term relationships within the entertainment industry.Marketing skills, including experience with brand positioning, audience engagement, and promotional campaigns for film and music content.Research skills to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging talent in entertainment, film, and music.Demonstrated interest or experience in entertainment, film production, music production, or related creative industries.Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple initiatives, and operate effectively in a startup or early-stage environment.Background in business, media, communications, or related fields is beneficial; prior entrepreneurial or leadership experience is a plus.
