The organization is committed to building responsible supply chains that benefit producers, partners, and end customers alike.Role Description The Co-founder–Entrepreneur with investment will play a central role in shaping JusPnCorp’s strategic direction, business model, and international expansion, particularly in the Dubai market. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, responsible for driving growth initiatives, building partnerships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers, and representing the company in key commercial and investor meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the go-to-market strategy, overseeing operations and supply chain coordination from farmer communities to buyers, and monitoring financial performance, budgets, and profitability. The role also involves developing brand positioning for premium agricultural products, identifying new revenue opportunities, leading negotiations, and supporting fundraising or co-investment activities. The Co-founder–Entrepreneur will collaborate closely with the founding team to build a scalable business, establish governance structures, and ensure ethical, sustainable sourcing practices.Role & Responsibilities* Invest in the company’s Dubai expansion.* Join the leadership team as a Co-Founder.* Develop business strategy and growth plans.* Build strategic partnerships and investor relationships.* Support fundraising, market expansion, and operational excellence.* Represent the company in the UAE and international markets.Investment & Equity* Investment amount: To be discussed based on business requirements and mutual agreement.* Equity ownership: Offered according to the investment, expertise, and strategic contribution.* Governance and shareholder rights will be formalized through legally binding agreements after due diligence. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in starting, scaling, or co-managing a business, ideally in agribusiness, FMCG, food trading, or related sectors.Background in business development, sales, or partnerships, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.Solid understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and operations, with exposure to agricultural or food products considered an advantage.Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluation, and familiarity with equity partnerships or co-founder agreements.Strategic planning and market analysis skills, with the ability to assess new markets, competitive landscapes, and customer segments in the Middle East.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company to investors, partners, and stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.Commitment to ethical business practices, fair trade principles, and sustainable sourcing, with an interest in rural development and farmer empowerment.Ability to work on-site in Dubai full time, make independent decisions, and adapt quickly in a fast-changing startup environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance,
