Our mission is to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing practical, job-oriented education and placement support.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder to lead Growth & Business Development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about startups, education, and building a company from the ground up. You will work directly with the founding team to drive admissions, strategic partnerships, marketing, and long-term business growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth strategies.Build partnerships with colleges and industry.Drive student acquisition and admissions.Lead sales and business development initiatives.Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.Build and manage a high-performing growth team.RequirementsEntrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership.Excellent communication and networking skills.Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or startups is preferred.Passion for education and healthcare/life sciences.Willing to commit for the long term.Compensation: Equity-based founding opportunity with performance-based incentives.
