As we enter our next phase, our biggest challenge is taking YChat to more people—finding the right users, building distribution, creating opportunities, and establishing strong external relationships.We are now looking for a Co-Founder – Growth & Business Development to join the founding team at YACHII.This is not a traditional job.We are looking for someone who wants to build YACHII with us, take genuine ownership, and help shape the future of the company and its products.The RoleYour primary responsibility will be to help take YChat outside the company.You will work closely with the founder to identify growth opportunities for YChat, find and reach the right users, build relationships, explore partnerships, and communicate our story to the world.We are looking for someone who is comfortable opening doors—whether that means talking to users, reaching out to potential partners, building communities, pitching YChat, or representing YACHII in important external conversations.What You Will Focus OnGrowth & DistributionDevelop and test ways to acquire the right users for YChat.Execute growth experiments.Discover scalable and unconventional distribution opportunities.Help build acquisition and referral strategies.Analyse what is working and continuously improve our approach.Business Development & PartnershipsIdentify potential partnerships and strategic opportunities for YACHII and YChat.Build relationships with relevant communities, organisations, creators, and potential partners.Lead outreach and conversations that can create meaningful opportunities.Turn relationships and conversations into tangible growth and business opportunities.External Representation & StorytellingHelp communicate YACHII's vision and YChat's story clearly.Represent YACHII in conversations with external stakeholders when required.Pitch YChat to potential partners, communities, and relevant audiences.Participate in investor, partnership, and business conversations.Help increase the visibility of YACHII and YChat within relevant communities and the startup ecosystem.What We Are Looking ForWe care more about what you have actually achieved than where you have worked.You may come from a startup, growth, marketing, business development, community, sales, or entrepreneurial background.What matters is that you can demonstrate real execution.We would love to hear from you if you have experience with some of the following:Growing a product, business, community, or audience.Acquiring users and being able to explain exactly how you did it.Running experiments and learning from data.Building partnerships or creating business opportunities.Pitching an idea, product, or company.Building relationships and opening doors.Working creatively with limited resources.Taking ownership of ambitious outcomes.You Might Be a Great Fit IfYou are naturally comfortable talking to people and building relationships.You know how to turn a conversation into an opportunity.You are comfortable representing a company and communicating its story.You are obsessed with finding ways to grow.You think in experiments, outcomes, and measurable results.You are resourceful and willing to do the work yourself.You are ambitious enough to want to build something significant.You are looking to become a genuine co-founder, not simply hold a senior title.What You Will GetThis is a co-founder opportunity at YACHII, which means the right person will receive a meaningful ownership stake in the company.The exact equity structure will depend on your experience, commitment, and the level of responsibility you take on.
