Co Founder - Head of Growth, Sales & Customer Experience

Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe're looking for a Co-Founder — Head of Growth & Customer Experience. We're a Perth-based health technology startup taking the non-clinical administration burden — Medicare/NDIS billing, notes, scheduling, compliance, bookkeeping, HR, marketing — off psychology and allied health practitioners in private practice. Strong early validation (52-practitioner survey), a founder-led product, and a five-psychologist beta cohort. What's missing: someone to own the commercial engine. This is a co-founder seat, not an execution hire. There's no playbook to inherit — you'd be defining how we go to market, not running someone else's plan. You'd own:→ Go-to-market strategy — positioning and pricing that lands with practitioners, sequenced across our rollout waves → Practitioner onboarding, end to end — from signed agreement to first live billing cycle→ Customer experience — owning the practitioner relationship and the feedback loop that shapes the product→ Growth — building the pipeline and channels that take us from a five-practitioner beta to real scale → Sales — converting interest into signed, onboarded practitioners, and owning pricing conversations as we move off founding-member ratesWhere we're at: strong early validation (a 52-practitioner survey), a founder-led product, and a five-psychologist beta cohort. We're pre-revenue, working toward a prototype, MVP and clean first billing cycle — the milestone that opens investor conversations. This role is ideally filled now, before that groundwork is locked in, so GTM and onboarding are built in from the start rather than bolted on later.Ideally you've got a background in health, allied health, or psychology — or have sold/marketed into that world before. Knowing how practitioners think, what they trust, and where they get their information matters more here than a generic growth playbook.Equity-only, no cash comp at this stage. This is a founding bet on a category where trust — not virality — drives adoption: practitioners are switching their billing and back office, not downloading an app. If that's the kind of build your interested in, DM me and I'll send the full role description.
