ABOUT DRFINDDrFind is building an insurance aware patient platform for the UAE.Finding a doctor should be simple. For insured patients, it often means searching outdated provider lists, calling clinics and trying to confirm whether a doctor is actually covered.DrFind is designed to make that journey easier by helping patients find the right doctor within their insurance network and move from search to appointment with confidence.We are now preparing for our first clinic proof of concept, developing our regulatory pathway and building towards expansion across the UAE and wider GCC.THE ROLEWe are looking for a Cofounder to lead Healthcare Operations and Commercial.This person will own the relationships, processes and commercial work required to make DrFind successful in the real healthcare system.You will work directly with the founder and take responsibility for getting clinics onto the platform, delivering successful pilots, building relationships with insurers and TPAs, and turning early activity into a repeatable commercial model.This is a hands on operating role. It is not an advisory position.WHAT YOU WILL OWN• Clinic and healthcare provider partnerships• Provider acquisition, onboarding and contracting• Delivery of our first clinic proof of concept• Relationships with insurers and TPAs• Healthcare operating processes• The patient journey from doctor search to appointment• Insurance eligibility and provider verification requirements• Commercial strategy, pricing and early revenue• Sales pipeline and partnership development• Product and integration requirements from healthcare partners• Provider retention and success• The operating playbook for expansion across the UAE and GCCYOUR FIRST 90 DAYS• Define the ideal first clinic and provider profile• Build a focused list of priority clinics and healthcare groups• Lead provider outreach and partnership discussions• Deliver the first clinic proof of concept• Map the complete clinic onboarding process• Map the insured patient journey from search to appointment• Identify insurer, TPA, regulatory and integration requirements• Develop the initial provider proposition and commercial model• Establish clear operational and commercial measures• Create a repeatable process for acquiring and onboarding providersWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThe strongest candidate is likely to be an experienced UAE healthcare operator who also understands commercial delivery.Relevant experience may include:• Healthcare operations in the UAE• Hospital groups or clinics• Health insurance or TPAs• Healthcare sales and partnerships• Provider acquisition and contracting• Claims, billing or revenue cycle management• Healthcare technology implementation• Building or launching a new healthcare serviceYou do not need to have held a C suite title.We care about whether you can understand how a clinic works, build trust with healthcare stakeholders, solve practical problems and make an implementation succeed.Arabic and wider GCC experience would be valuable, but neither is essential.LOCATION AND COMMITMENTApplicants must be based in the UAE and able to attend meetings regularly in Dubai.The expected commitment is approximately 10 to 15 hours per week initially, with a clear expectation of moving to full time or close to full time within three months of DrFind securing funding.The role is equity led initially. Cash compensation is expected to begin following funding, subject to the company budget and final agreed terms.Personal investment is not required.
