🚀 Looking for a Co-Founder — Interior Design | AhmedabadI’m building a new interior design firm in Ahmedabad and looking for a co-founder from a strong interior/design background who wants to build a company from the ground up.This is not a traditional job opportunity. I’m looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the design and creative side of the business and grow with the company.🎨 Who I’m Looking ForSomeone who has:

• A background in Interior Design / Architecture / Spatial Design
• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial interiors
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and space planning
• Ability to create concepts, layouts, mood boards and presentations
• Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray or similar
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• A strong eye for aesthetics and detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build from zero🤝 What You’ll DoAs the design co-founder, you would take ownership of:
• Leading the design direction of the firm
• Developing interior concepts and design proposals
• Working directly with clients
• Building our design standards and processes
• Managing/leading designers and freelancers as we grow
• Coordinating with contractors, vendors and suppliers
• Building a strong portfolio and brand identity
