in the US and help turn Rise and Fame into a scalable business.This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and take a leading role in building our US market presence, commercial strategy and industry network.The OpportunityAs Co-Founder – US, you will take ownership of building and developing Rise and Fame's commercial presence in the US.You will not be joining an established sales organization.You will help create it.Your role will include:Defining and executing our US go-to-market strategy.Identifying the brands, segments and opportunities where Rise and Fame can create the greatest value.Opening doors and building relationships with decision-makers across Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Digital, Innovation and Customer Experience.Developing commercial opportunities with fashion, luxury, beauty and premium consumer brands.Building strategic partnerships across the broader technology, retail and innovation ecosystem.Representing Rise and Fame at industry events, conferences and private gatherings.Using market feedback to help shape our product, positioning and commercial model.Contributing to fundraising, investor relationships and the broader growth strategy.Building the network, partnerships and commercial infrastructure required to scale in the US.Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a mid-career, commercially driven and well-connected professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in building something from the ground up.Essential:Experience within fashion, luxury, beauty, premium retail or a closely related consumer industry.Proven experience in business development, partnerships, sales or commercial growth.Strong ability to build relationships and turn conversations into opportunities.Comfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.Experience with LinkedIn, digital prospecting and relationship-driven business development.Genuine interest in AI, Web3, blockchain and digital assets.Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and a high level of autonomy.A Strong Plus:An established network across US fashion, luxury, beauty or premium consumer brands.Existing relationships with senior executives or decision-makers in relevant brands.Experience in a start-up, scale-up or entrepreneurial environment.Experience in CRM, loyalty, clienteling, customer experience or digital
