Its proprietary technology combines Nitinol-based thermal engines with magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) generation to unlock power from heat sources that conventional systems cannot use. The company offers zero-CAPEX deployment through power purchase agreements, enabling industrial facilities to access clean, reliable energy at competitive rates. After 2.5 years of focused R&D on Nitinol materials and MHD system design, EonForge Apex has a published patent application with only minor clarifications remaining and is building a 50kW prototype for pilot deployments with industrial partners in India. The mission is to replace polluting generation with affordable, scalable clean baseload electricity by harnessing waste heat where industry actually operates.Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping EonForge Apex’s strategy, operations, and market positioning, working closely with the founding team to drive growth in the industrial clean energy sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading business development efforts, engaging with industrial customers and partners, and advancing sales pipelines for power purchase agreements. The role involves conducting market and technology research, refining the go-to-market approach, and contributing to fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships. The Co-Founder will help translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, support product and pilot deployment planning, and contribute to financial modeling and long-term growth plans. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive collaboration across time zones and comfort with a fast-paced early-stage environment.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to evaluate markets, business models, and project economics, and to support data-informed decision-making.Clear, confident communication skills for engaging with industrial customers, investors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Sales capabilities including lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals, ideally in B2B or energy-related contexts.Marketing skills to help shape positioning, messaging, and outreach strategies for industrial clean energy solutions.Research skills to investigate market trends, regulatory environments, customer needs, and competitive technologies.Experience or strong interest in energy, climate tech, industrial systems, or related technical domains.Ability to work autonomously in a remote, early-stage startup setting and to take ownership of strategic initiatives.Background in business, engineering, economics, or a related field; prior founding or early-stage startup experience is highly beneficial.No Min age requirement.Students and young professionals who are beginning their journey in this field are also encouraged to apply.
