We already have a functioning team covering digital marketing, WooCommerce portal management, graphic design, and procurement. What we're missing is a true partner who has built an ecommerce business before and can take end-to-end ownership of turning this into a scaled, profitable brand.About the RoleThis is a co-founder opportunity, not just a job. We're looking for someone who has already gone through the journey of building an ecommerce company — ideally someone who has scaled a D2C brand from early stage to a meaningful revenue milestone — and wants to do it again with us, this time with equity and real ownership. You will effectively run the company's daily operations and growth while working closely with the founder on strategy and direction.What You'll Own•End-to-end business strategy: celebration themes, kit concepts, and category expansion.•Full ecommerce operations — from procurement and design execution to portal management, order fulfillment, and delivery.•Growth and marketing direction: setting targets, guiding campaigns, and owning the sales funnel.•Building and mentoring the existing team (marketing, portal, design, procurement) into a high-performing unit.•Customer experience and feedback loops — using data and direct feedback to continuously improve products and service.•P&L ownership: managing costs, margins, and driving the business toward sustainable profitability.•Partnering with the founder on fundraising, vendor negotiations, and long-term business decisions.Who We're Looking For•2–5+ years of hands-on experience building or scaling an ecommerce/D2C company — ideally as a founder, co-founder, or senior operator who owned outcomes end to end.•A proven track record: a brand you built, scaled, or significantly grew, with real results you can speak to.•Strong working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce/Shopify), digital marketing, and order fulfillment operations.•Comfortable operating across every function — from creative concepts to procurement to customer service — in a small team.•Strong people and vendor management skills.•Genuine interest or experience in the gifting, celebrations, décor, or lifestyle space is a strong plus.•Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, resilience, and comfort with startup ambiguity.Why Join as Co-Founder•Real equity ownership in a business with an established team, working product line, and existing traction.•A true partnership — shape strategy and direction alongside the founder, not just execute someone else's plan.•A ready-made team already in place across marketing, design, procurement, and portal management.•An opportunity to build something meaningful in the celebrations/gifting space from a strong starting point.How to ApplyShare your background, a brief on the ecommerce brand(s) you've built or scaled, and what excites you about Booncart's vision.E-mail @ shahana@booncart.com. #8008680505
