Co-Founder / Operations Director – Industrial Construction (Equity Opportunity)Location: UAE (Umm Al Quwain & Abu Dhabi)We're building a new industrial construction company focused on developing warehouses, steel structures, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings. We're looking for an experienced construction professional to join as a Co-Founder and lead the company's operations from the ground up.This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to build a company—not just work for one.Key Responsibilities- Lead all construction operations and project delivery.- Manage projects from planning, permitting, procurement, and execution through final handover.- Oversee engineering, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.- Build and manage reliable contractor and supplier relationships.- Recruit and lead the operations and project management team as the business grows.- Help shape the company's long-term strategy and growth.Requirements- 10+ years of experience in industrial or commercial construction.- Proven track record delivering warehouses, steel structures, or similar industrial projects.- Strong understanding of construction management, MEP, structural works, and project execution.- Experience with UAE construction regulations, approvals, and permitting processes.- Existing network of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers is highly desirable.- Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a long-term business.What We Offer- Equity ownership as a Co-Founder.- Profit-sharing based on company performance.- Opportunity to build and lead a high-growth construction business from day one.- Salary to be introduced as projects are secured and the company scales.Interested?If you have the experience, leadership, and entrepreneurial drive to build something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.Please apply with your CV and a short summary of the industrial or commercial construction projects you've successfully delivered.
