By connecting email, calendar, bank accounts, photos, and file drives, Oxagen enables AI to reason across an entire digital life rather than within isolated applications. This unified data layer unlocks richer insights, more powerful automation, and more personalized AI-driven experiences. We're an early-stage company building foundational infrastructure for the next generation of AI products — and looking for a founding operator to help build the company itself. The RoleWe're looking for a Co-Founder/Operator to join the founding team and take ownership of everything that isn't the product itself: strategy, go-to-market, operations, hiring, finance, and the early customer relationships that will define how Oxagen grows. This is a founder-level role, not an operating hire slotted into an existing structure — you'll be in the room shaping the roadmap and the company at the same time.Day to day, that means running experiments to find our go-to-market motion, managing relationships with our earliest customers, standing up the processes a startup needs as it scales (hiring, finance, compliance), and translating product direction into plans the team can execute against. You'll track the metrics that matter and use them to drive real decisions, coordinate work across a small but growing team, and move fluidly between hands-on execution and higher-level strategy — often in the same day. What You'll DoShape company strategy and the product roadmap alongside the founding teamDesign and run go-to-market experiments to find repeatable paths to customersOwn early customer relationships from first conversation through renewalBuild the operational backbone of the company: hiring, finance, and compliance processesTranslate product vision into concrete execution plans and coordinate cross-functional work to deliver themDefine and track the KPIs that tell us whether the business is working, and adjust course accordinglyTake on whatever the company needs next — this role has no fixed job description in the traditional senseWho You AreYou've operated inside an early-stage startup or built something entrepreneurial yourself, and you have real ownership of strategy, operations, or business-building to show for itYou're a strong operator: you design processes, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute against aggressive timelinesYou're comfortable around data and technology products, with some fluency in AI, data infrastructure, or SaaSYou communicate well and build trust easily with technical founders, customers, and partnersYou're good in ambiguity — you take initiative and make sound calls without a lot of guidanceExperience with fundraising, investor relations, or financial modeling is a plusA background in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field helps, but we care more about what you've actually doneYou're ready to be fully on-site in San Francisco and to take on a high-ownership, high-accountability, founder-level roleWhy JoinThis is a ground-floor opportunity to co-build the operating system for a category-defining company, with the ownership and impact that comes with it. You'll shape not just what Oxagen builds, but how the company itself is built.
