This unified data layer unlocks richer insights, more powerful automation, and more personalized AI-driven experiences.We're an early-stage company building foundational infrastructure for the next generation of AI products — and looking for a founding operator to help build the company itself.The RoleWe're looking for a Co-Founder/Operator to join the founding team and take ownership of everything that isn't the product itself: strategy, go-to-market, operations, hiring, finance, and the early customer relationships that will define how Oxagen grows. This is a founder-level role, not an operating hire slotted into an existing structure — you'll be in the room shaping the roadmap and the company at the same time.Day to day, that means running experiments to find our go-to-market motion, managing relationships with our earliest customers, standing up the processes a startup needs as it scales (hiring, finance, compliance), and translating product direction into plans the team can execute against.
