CO-FOUNDER OPPORTUNITY — SEED FUNDING & CAPITAL RAISING

Help us take Biddle from idea to funded, scalable business.Biddle is building a new app designed to solve a real problem within the travel industry and create a better way for travel professionals and consumers to connect.We are now looking for a Co-Founder with a strong focus on fundraising, investor relationships and capital raising to join us at an exciting early stage of the journey.This is not a traditional fundraising role. We are looking for someone who wants to build alongside the founder, help shape the company's strategy, develop the investor story and take ownership of the process of securing seed funding.What you'll be responsible for

• Developing and executing Biddle's seed fundraising strategy
• Identifying and building relationships with angel investors, VCs, strategic investors and relevant industry investors
• Developing investor materials, pitch decks, financial narratives and fundraising communications
• Creating and managing an investor pipeline
• Arranging investor meetings and managing the fundraising process from introduction through to close
• Helping position Biddle for future investment rounds
• Working closely with the founder on company strategy, financial planning and growth
• Leveraging your own network and relationships to open doors to potential investors and strategic partnersWe're looking for someone who
• Has experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or business development
• Understands how early-stage investors evaluate startups
• Has an existing network of investors or the ability to build one quickly
• Can confidently pitch a business and communicate an opportunity to investors
• Is commercially minded, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment
• Is proactive, resourceful and willing to roll up their sleeves
