Co-Founder – Product & UAE Regulatory Compliance

About ClarivyClarivy is building a governed AI platform for risk, compliance and regulated operations. It brings policies, documents, screening and risk signals, AI-assisted analysis, exceptions and accountable human review into one controlled case workflow.The opportunityWe are looking for a product-oriented Co-Founder with deep knowledge of the UAE regulatory and compliance landscape. This is not a traditional advisory role. You will turn regulatory obligations and operational pain points into a configurable product that regulated teams can integrate, adopt and trust.What you will own• Shape Clarivy’s product strategy, positioning and roadmap with the founder• Translate UAE AML/CFT, KYB, KYC, due-diligence, lending and data-protection requirements into product controls, workflows and acceptance criteria• Lead discovery with compliance, MLRO, risk, operations and product teams• Define reusable templates, rules, review gates, escalation paths and decision records• Validate product-market fit through design-partner pilots with banks, fintechs, lenders and regulated businesses• Prioritise problems with the strongest customer and commercial value• Help design responsible AI controls, human oversight and clear review experiences• Support enterprise demonstrations, proposals, partnerships and go-to-marketYou may be a strong fit if you have• Senior product, compliance, financial-crime, risk, regulatory-transformation or RegTech experience• Practical UAE experience across banking, fintech, payments, lending or regulated businesses• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYB/KYC, UBO, sanctions, PEP, adverse-media, EDD and ongoing-monitoring workflows• Experience converting regulation and policy into operational requirements or software products• Confidence working with APIs, data providers, workflow and rules engines, and AI-enabled products• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build from early validation through productionWhy Clarivy• A working product and live demonstration environment already exist• The platform is API-first and designed to complement existing systems• You will directly shape the product, pilot strategy, commercial model and company direction• The immediate goal is to validate high-value UAE workflows and convert them into repeatable product capabilitiesThis is a co-founder opportunity.
