Co-founder Sales specialist

Company Description: We help car wreckers sell more car parts.  About the company: Founded in 2025 by passionate car enthusiasts with deep ties to the sector, our platform enables wreckers to effortlessly organise inventory and list auto parts across multiple platforms to drive higher sales volume. We have validated product-market fit with active wrecking yards and are currently generating early revenue.Our vision: We are introducing the platform to automative repair shops and later we are aiming to make Partsmen a sophisticated wrecking business like Supercheap Auto but for second hand car parts. We don’t want to limit ourselves to selling software.Role Description : You will step in as the driving commercial force of the company, out-selling the current founders, building trust on the ground with wrecking yard owners, and opening up new B2B sales channels with auto repair shops.  Key Responsibilities⚬ Drive Revenue: Lead outbound sales efforts directly to wreckers and automotive repair shops to rapidly grow our customer base.⚬ Build the Sales Playbook: Develop creative, scalable acquisition strategies to take Partsmen from early revenue to rapid expansion.⚬ Field Execution: Meet potential clients face-to-face, demonstrate value, and close deals efficiently.⚬ Customer Insights: Feed direct customer feedback from the field back into the product roadmap.What We Are Looking For⚬ Proven Sales Drive: A track record of exceptional sales performance, preferably in B2B, automotive, or SaaS.⚬ Relentless Persuasion: Highly charismatic, adaptable, and capable of building instant rapport with traditional business owners.⚬ Founder Mindset: Comfortable navigating early-stage startup ambiguity, self-motivated, and execution-focused.⚬ Automotive Affinity: A background or genuine interest in the car/automotive industry is a major plus.Compensation & Terms⚬ Equity: Generous co-founder equity grant.⚬ Cash: Unpaid initially. A competitive cash salary will trigger once specific revenue targets are reached.
