Fluence Pay is building a scalable ecosystem where creators and brands can grow together through data-driven, performance-focused campaigns.Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Tech Co-Founder role based in Dubai, with an investment component. The Tech Co-Founder will lead the end-to-end technology vision, including product architecture, platform development, and integration of payment and analytics systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the engineering roadmap, setting technical standards, coordinating with product and business teams, and overseeing deployment, security, and scalability of the platform. The role involves hands-on development, hiring and mentoring technical talent, and collaborating closely with the founding team on product-market fit, growth strategies, and investor discussions. The Tech Co-Founder will also participate in strategic decision-making, contribute capital, and share responsibility for achieving key business milestones.Qualifications:Should not be a first time entrepreneurStrong Analytical Skills to interpret product data, optimize platform performance, and support strategic decision-making.Excellent Communication abilities to align with co-founders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Sales and Marketing awareness to support go-to-market strategies, understand influencer and brand needs, and contribute to growth initiatives.Solid Research capabilities to evaluate technologies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities in the influencer and SMB marketing space.Proven experience leading software development for scalable platforms (e.g., SaaS, fintech, or marketplace products), including architecture and infrastructure.Hands-on proficiency in modern web and backend technologies, cloud services, APIs, and secure payment integrations.Prior startup or founding team experience, with willingness to invest and take shared ownership and accountability.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and build and manage a high-performing technical team.Kindly apply only if you are willing to join along with an investment of a minimum USD 100,000 and available to join immediately.
