You’ll receive exclusive operating rights, direct support from the founders, and the chance to shape the future of creator commerce in Australia.If you’ve always wanted to build something meaningful instead of working for someone else, we’d love to hear from you. 🚀Qualifications Background in entrepreneurship, venture building, or early-stage startups, ideally within e-commerce, creator economy, or SaaS.Experience in business strategy, financial planning, and investment decision-making, including comfort with equity structures and risk assessment.Ability to develop and manage partnerships with creators, brands, and ecosystem stakeholders, with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.Operational experience in scaling teams or processes, with a focus on execution, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.Willingness and capacity to invest financially in the company, aligned with a long-term ownership mindset.Comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, and a hands-on approach to solving problems in a fast-paced, evolving market.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if compensated by relevant experience.
