This role involves collaborating on the organization’s vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap, while providing capital investment and actively contributing to business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping service offerings, refining the life planning framework, and overseeing key initiatives in coaching, client engagement, and partnership development. The Co-Founder will work closely with the founding team to drive sales and marketing activities, conduct market and client research, and build sustainable business processes. The role also includes participating in strategic decision-making, representing Atmadhruti at events and meetings, and nurturing a purpose-driven, inclusive organizational culture.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate market opportunities, client needs, and business performance.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage clients, partners, and team members, and to clearly articulate Atmadhruti’s vision and services.Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to develop growth strategies, build brand presence, and drive client acquisition and retention.Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset, leadership abilities, and an entrepreneurial approach suitable for a co-founding role.Relevant experience in wellness, coaching, life planning, consulting, or impact-focused ventures is beneficial.Comfort with making an investment in the business and taking shared responsibility for strategic and financial outcomes is required.A bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, social sciences, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
