This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with the founding team and key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business and product strategy, driving sales and partnership opportunities, overseeing marketing initiatives, and conducting market and customer research to validate and refine offerings. You will work on building and leading teams, establishing operational processes, and contributing to financial planning and investment decisions. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and requires active participation in fundraising conversations, investor relations, and long-term scaling plans.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret data, assess business performance, and support strategic decision-making.Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and external representation of the company.Sales skills to identify opportunities, build relationships, negotiate deals, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.Marketing expertise to develop positioning, execute campaigns, and grow brand awareness in target markets.Research skills to analyze markets, competitors, and customer needs, informing product and business strategy.Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with prior experience in startups, business building, or leadership roles.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and commit to a full-time, high-ownership founder role.Capacity to make an investment in the venture and actively contribute to financial and strategic planning.Relevant academic background in business, technology, or related fields is beneficial, though not strictly required.
