This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, refining the value proposition, and identifying new market opportunities. The Co-Founder will collaborate on product development, conduct market and customer research, and help design data-driven growth plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with partners and customers, leading communication efforts, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring efficient execution across teams. The role also includes contributing capital, participating in key decision-making, and actively shaping the company’s long-term vision and culture.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support strategic decisions.Excellent communication skills for clear internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.Proven experience in sales and marketing to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.Research abilities to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.Prior entrepreneurial, startup, or leadership experience is highly beneficial.Background in nutrition, health, wellness, FMCG, or related sectors is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and commit to a full-time leadership role.Financial capacity and willingness to invest in the venture as a co-founder.
