Its brands include MONK EARTH™, focused on monk fruit sweeteners and better-for-you food and The company has developed its patent-pending MONK-365™ monk fruit sweetener technology, with a vision to make clean-label wellness accessible, enjoyable and affordable.Role DescriptionAs a Co-Founder with Investment at Kikfat Naturals, you will play a key leadership role in shaping strategy, driving revenue and scaling the business. This full-time, on-site opportunity in Bengaluru is for an entrepreneurial partner who brings both investment and hands-on business-building expertise. Responsibilities include developing sales and marketing strategies, expanding corporate sales and B2B partnerships, growing HoReCa and home-baker channels, scaling D2C and e-commerce, strengthening brand positioning, supporting fundraising and investor relations, and overseeing key business operations. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO to build a scalable consumer wellness company.Qualifications- Investment capacity and a genuine commitment to an active co-founder role.- Strong business development, sales and partnership-building skills.- Experience in FMCG, food and beverages, D2C, e-commerce or consumer brands.- Knowledge of clean-label products, monk fruit sweeteners, wellness or better-for-you food is highly desirable.- Strong analytical, communication, marketing and strategic decision-making skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality and a long-term vision for business growth.- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate closely with the founding team.Equity participation will be discussed based on investment, experience, responsibilities and strategic contribution.
