By integrating ecological innovation with corporate sustainability, the company supports businesses in achieving long-term environmental impact and climate resilience.Role Description The Co-Founder with Investment will play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and impact of DhartiAmrit Ecoservices.This full-time, on-site position in Jaipur involves collaborating on business strategy and driving sales and marketing initiatives to expand the company’s forest creation and carbon offset projects. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, leading negotiations, and supporting the design and execution of sustainable forestry solutions. The Co-Founder will work closely with the founding team to build organizational capacity, ensure the company’s mission is reflected in all activities.QualificationsCandidates should possess excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, presentations, and internal collaboration.Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to develop new business, manage client relationships, and promote sustainability solutions.Experience in entrepreneurship, co-founding, or early-stage ventures, ideally in sustainability, environmental services, or related sectors.Background in business, environmental science, forestry, or a related field is beneficial; relevant professional experience may substitute formal education.Demonstrated ability to invest capital, manage budgets, and contribute to financial strategy in a growing organization.
