This role involves collaborating on product vision and strategy, shaping the roadmap for the AI-powered search platform, and participating in key decision-making across technology, operations, and growth. The Co-founder will lead and support business development activities, including identifying strategic partnerships, driving sales initiatives, and building relationships with startups, creators, and local businesses. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, refining the business model, overseeing marketing campaigns, and actively representing World My Web at relevant events and networks. The role requires a financial investment in the company and ongoing involvement in fundraising, investor relations, and long-term scaling plans.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to guide product decisions, market analysis, and strategic planning.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, pitch to investors, and engage with community partners.Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive user acquisition, partnership deals, and monetization opportunities.Candidates should possess Marketing skills to develop and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness and platform adoption.Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with prior experience in startups, tech platforms, or marketplaces.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, take ownership of outcomes, and operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.Comfort with making a financial investment in the company and contributing to fundraising and investor outreach.Background in business, technology, or related fields is beneficial; experience with AI, search, or community platforms is a plus.
