By consolidating services, leveraging technology, and standardizing pricing and invoicing, Unix Conglomerate helps clients reduce vendor complexity, improve insights, and optimize facility operations.Role Description The Co-founder with Investment role at Unix Conglomerate Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves contributing capital and actively shaping the company’s strategic direction in the Integrated Smart Facility Management domain. The Co-founder will collaborate on business planning, market positioning, and service portfolio development, while building relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, guiding technology and process improvements, reviewing financial performance, and supporting decisions related to service consolidation, AMC management, and smart automation initiatives. The role also requires participating in senior hiring decisions, nurturing the leadership team, and representing the organization in industry forums and investor or customer meetings.Qualifications Experience in facilities management, real estate services, or related infrastructure operations, with a strong understanding of Hard and Soft facility services.Proven background in entrepreneurship, business leadership, or senior management, preferably in a growth-stage or service-oriented organization.Ability to contribute investment capital and align on long-term strategic and financial goals for the company.Strong skills in business strategy, financial planning, and performance monitoring, including budgeting, pricing, and cost optimization.Demonstrated capability in client relationship management, vendor management, and negotiation across multiple locations and service lines.Comfort with technology-enabled operations, including automation, analytics, and digital tools that improve service delivery and insights.Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work closely with other founders and senior stakeholders.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
