Team members join a mission-driven environment that values creativity, integrity, and long-term growth.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid Co-Founder with Investments role based in Delhi. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving strategic direction, securing and managing investments, and building ClearKaya™ into a leading luxury hair care brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating market opportunities, refining the business model, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and revenue. The role involves conducting research on consumer trends and competitive products, collaborating on product and brand positioning, and developing partnerships with distributors, salons, and other relevant channels. The Co-Founder will also manage key stakeholder relationships, contribute to financial planning and budgeting, and help build a high-performing team aligned with the company’s mission and values.Qualifications Strong analytical skills for evaluating investments, market data, and business performance.Excellent communication skills for investor relations, internal collaboration, and brand storytelling.Proven sales skills, with experience in closing deals, developing channels, and driving revenue.Marketing skills, including brand development, digital marketing, and growth strategies.Research skills to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.Prior experience in entrepreneurship, venture building, or leadership roles in consumer or beauty brands is highly beneficial.Comfort with financial planning, investment structures, and startup fundraising processes.Ability to work on-site in Delhi/hybrid, take ownership, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
