Co-Founding CTO – AI & TechnologyLead technology strategy, AI/GenAI, architecture, engineering, technical delivery and technology team development.2. Co-Founding CMO – Business Development, Marketing & GrowthLead business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, marketing, client relationships and revenue growth.Founding Partner StructureBoth positions are Full-Time Co-Founder roles with a genuine skin-in-the-game model:Investment: ₹25–30 Lakhs (Skin in the Game)Proposed Equity: 24% eachEquity Vesting: 4 yearsMonthly Salary: ₹50,000 and 10% of the annual distributable/net profit attributable under the agreed profit-sharing formula among all CofoundersRole: Full-Time, Dedicated Co-Founder / Founding Team
