Liberta is committed to providing sensitive, confidential, and sustainable support for families in demanding circumstances.Role Description The Coach will work on assigment in a based in UAE,Europe, Uk with a mix of in-person and work-from-home responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include providing one-to-one coaching and guidance to clients, supporting them through complex personal and family issues, and helping them develop practical strategies for wellbeing and resilience. The role involves coordinating with other professionals and family stakeholders, maintaining structured communication, and ensuring continuity of support across different locations and contexts. The Coach will prepare session plans and follow-up documentation, track progress against agreed goals, and adapt approaches based on changing needs. The position also requires maintaining high standards of discretion and confidentiality, contributing to case discussions, and participating in ongoing professional development and supervision.Qualifications Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with experience supporting individuals or families through complex personal, emotional, or behavioral challenges.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients and stakeholders.Demonstrated capability in coordination and case management, working effectively with multiple professionals and family members across locations.High level of discretion, professional ethics, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and family situations.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing time, priorities, and documentation effectively.Relevant academic background or professional training in coaching, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.Experience in mental health, wellbeing, eating disorders or substance misuse contexts is a must.Comfort working with international and multicultural families, ideally with experience in the Gulf region or similar settings.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
