With a mission to reshape how future leaders prepare for interviews, PInterview provides personalized guidance and career consulting services to help users reach their full potential.Role Description The Coding Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating online coding mock interviews for users preparing for technical roles. Day-to-day tasks include creating coding challenges, reviewing solutions, and providing clear, constructive feedback on problem-solving approaches, code quality, and optimization. The role involves collaborating with the PInterview team to maintain and improve content standards, updating question banks to reflect current industry expectations, and ensuring a consistent and supportive user experience. The Coding Specialist will also help identify skills gaps among learners and recommend targeted practice plans or learning resources.Qualifications Strong programming skills in one or more languages commonly used in technical interviews (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques used in coding interviews.Experience conducting or participating in technical interviews, coding assessments, or mentoring developers.Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners with varying levels of experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on constructive feedback.Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment, managing time and meeting schedules reliably.Familiarity with online coding platforms, collaborative tools, and video conferencing technologies.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in education, training, or career coaching for technical roles is a plus.Interest in helping students and job seekers improve their interview performance and career prospects.
