Coffee machine Technician

Team members join a professional environment focused on quality, service excellence, and continuous improvement.Role Description The Coffee Machine Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The technician will install, commission, and configure coffee machines and related equipment at customer locations and in the workshop. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, carrying out preventive maintenance, and ensuring machines operate safely and efficiently. The role also involves conducting equipment checks, documenting service activities, advising customers on proper machine use and care, and coordinating with the technical team to manage spare parts and inventory. The technician will follow company service standards, maintain clean and organized work areas, and support continuous improvement of technical processes.Qualifications Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance, ensuring reliable operation of coffee machines and related systems.Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling various types of coffee machinery, including installation and setup.Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting complex technical issues in Machinery and resolving them efficiently.Previous experience working with foodservice or beverage equipment is highly beneficial.Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.Good communication skills and customer-focused approach when working on-site with clients.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple service calls in a day.Valid UAE driving license or ability to travel to customer sites as required.Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanics, electronics, or a related field preferred.
