Team members join a coffee-focused environment that values quality, consistency, and a strong connection to the local community.Role Description The Coffee Production Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Kahului, HI, responsible for supporting daily coffee production operations. Typical tasks include grinding, and packaging coffee, labeling products, and preparing orders for shipment or in-store distribution with future opportunity to roast coffee. The role involves monitoring equipment, following production schedules, and maintaining organized workstations to ensure efficient workflow. The Team Member helps uphold quality standards through careful inspection of products, accurate measurements, and adherence to safety and cleanliness procedures.
