Coffee Roaster

First Coffee Company is hiring a full-time, on-site Coffee Roaster.Key Responsibilities:Roast coffee to defined profiles, monitoring and adjusting roast curves for consistent flavor and qualityBuild and develop new roast profilesOperate and maintain roasting equipmentEvaluate green and roasted coffee, and conduct cupping sessionsAccurately record production dataCoordinate with the team on inventory needs, packaging schedules, and product releasesSupport staff training on coffee preparation and product knowledgeFollow safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in roasting processesQualifications:Demonstrated experience in specialty coffee roasting, with knowledge of green coffee characteristics and flavor developmentExperience building new roast profiles from scratchExperience with quality control practices such as cupping, sensory evaluation, and documenting resultsStrong attention to detail in production record-keepingTeam player with good cross-department coordination skillsSaudi residents preferredAll nationalities are welcome to apply📍 Dammam | Full-time | On-siteTo apply, please send your CV or reach out directly.
