If that's you we would love to hear from you! Male, female, with experience or not, hard work and passion is the key!The RoleWe are eastern province based roastery that is expanding sales nationwide. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers in Riyadh and helping grow our wholesale coffee business.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit cafés, restaurants, coffee shops, and potential wholesale customersIntroduce and sell our roasted coffee and productsDevelop new customer accounts and generate salesMaintain strong relationships with existing customersFollow up on leads, quotations, orders, and paymentsArrange coffee samples and cupping sessions for potential clientsUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable coffeesRepresent the roastery professionally in the marketIdentify new sales opportunities and expand our customer baseAchieve agreed monthly sales targetsReport sales activities and market feedback to managementKey to successConfident, outgoing and positive personalityPassionate about coffee and the specialty coffee industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and attitudeComfortable approaching new customers and making salesStrong negotiation and follow-up skillsPrevious sales experience is preferredCoffee industry experience is a strong advantageArabic and English communication skills preferredBased in RiyadhSaudi nationals and Arabic speakers preferredIdeal CandidateYou don't need to be a coffee expert from day one.
