Key Responsibilities / TasksExecute physical coffee trading activities across African originsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, exporters, and customersIdentify commercial opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximise profitabilityMonitor market trends, price movements, and supply and demand dynamics to support trading decisionsCollaborate closely with internal teams including logistics, finance, operations, and risk managementKey Qualifications / Experience Proven experience trading green coffee, with a strong focus on African origins, especially Uganda.Good understanding of coffee quality, logistics, contracts, and market fundamentals.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to work across international markets.Located or willing to relocate to London
