This role oversees daily store activities, including managing shifts, maintaining product quality and store cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to Starbucks standards and policies. The Coffeehouse Leader coaches and mentors partners, supports training and development, and fosters a culture of respect, inclusion, and collaboration. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, supporting scheduling needs, handling basic store-level financials, and responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner. The Coffeehouse Leader also partners with local and store leadership to drive sales, deliver consistent customer experiences, and support community engagement initiatives.Qualifications Experience in customer-facing roles, with strong customer service, hospitality, and relationship-building skills.Leadership capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, feedback delivery, and conflict resolution.Basic business acumen, such as understanding sales goals, inventory practices, and cash-handling procedures.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move products as needed, and work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Previous experience in food service, retail, or coffeehouse environments is preferred but not required.Commitment to Starbucks values, including inclusion, respect, quality, and community involvement.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or leadership training is a plus.
