This role involves shaping company strategy, defining product roadmaps, and contributing to core decisions across technology, business development, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and technology research, collaborating with technical teams on product direction, and developing go-to-market plans for deep-tech solutions. The Cofounder will actively drive sales and partnership discussions, represent the company to investors and clients, and help build key organizational processes and structures. This role also requires overseeing growth initiatives, managing critical relationships, and contributing capital alongside strategic input to support long-term scaling.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate markets, technologies, and product opportunities.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, engage stakeholders, and represent the company externally.Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive customer acquisition, build partnerships, and support go-to-market execution.Experience in tech or deep-tech startups, venture building, or product-focused organizations is beneficial.Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Chennai, with a hands-on approach to both strategic and operational responsibilities.Prior experience in fundraising, investor relations, or cofounder roles is an advantage.A background in business, engineering, computer science, or related fields is preferred but not strictly required.
