The role includes making outbound sales calls, taking notes and generating leads, answering calls and emails. We have full-time hours available at 40 hours a week (9AM – 5PM EST).This is a remote/work from home position.As a Cold Caller, your main responsibility is making outbound sales calls to potential sellers interested in selling their property. A strong Internet connection and experience using communication tools like Zoom are required for this role. You are required to have a working laptop or computer as well.Must have at least one year of work experience to apply for these jobs.Pay: $300 month.Responsibilities• Make outbound calls on your laptop or computer• Generate seller leads for our company• Learn the script and software needed to do the job well• Respond promptly to emails, phone calls and Slack group chats• Provide customer service as the first point of contactQualificationsStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and building relationshipsProficiency in customer service, active listening, and handling inquiriesExperience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling with knowledge of lead generation and client outreach strategiesAbility to maintain organized records, multitask effectively, and work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates persistence, resilience, and a results-oriented approach in achieving targetsFluency in spoken English and other relevant languages (if applicable)Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and data entry toolsPrevious experience in a similar role is advantageousRequirements and skills• One year of work experience• Must have a laptop and excellent internet connection• Fluent in English writing and reading• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIPHow to ApplyIf you’re ready to take on a cold callingrole in a thriving remote company, we’d love to hear from you!Submit your application via this Google Form below.https://forms.gle/yQ66j2WckKyyvvJd6
