Please let me know if you're interested kindly send me your CV to kirthika.r@lancesoft.com🚀Title: VCF Expert📍Location : Dubai - onsite🗓Duration : 12+ months contract⏰ Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 30 days🔒 Key Requirements· Incident Management· Provide Quality Assurance for L1 monitoring (Ticket building, process adherence, systems monitoring & SLA tracking)· Provide technical escalation point for L1 analysts· Follow documented escalation processes· Provide advanced troubleshooting for platforms and drive the issue/problem resolution process· Recommend process/procedure improvement· Problem Management· Perform Root Cause Analysis of problems, propose and implement remediation actions· co-ordination with L3 / vendors for Permanent Fixes· implementation of fault fixes and patches for Problems· Change & Configuration Management· Implementing changes as per agreed change management process· Activation/Deactivation/Provisioning of Service requests through Change Management Process· Perform approved configuration changes during entity migrations· Managing the change process· Reporting on the implemented changes· Asset Management· Perform Asset management including License Management i.e. maintain BOQ and licenses· Vendor Management🔒Key RequirementsUniversity Degree in Computer related field or equivalent education required· Hands on Experience in Configuration and Deployment of Cisco Unified Communication products· CCIE in Cisco Collaboration Technology or equivalent.· Minimum 6 years’ experience in IT operations with sound knowledge and experience using ITSM tools such as Manage Engine· Knowledge of software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
