Collection & Recovery Officer

📢 We're Hiring: Collection & Recovery OfficerWe are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and responsible Collection & Recovery Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding payments, maintaining accurate collection records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely recovery of overdue amounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers via phone calls, messages, and emails for outstanding and overdue payments.Maintain and update customer accounts, outstanding balances, and collection records.Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams regarding pending payments, credit limits, and customer accounts.Communicate payment due dates, invoices, and account statements to customers.Monitor payment commitments and ensure timely follow-up on promised payment dates.Handle payment-related queries and resolve collection issues through effective coordination.Prepare regular collection and recovery reports for management and relevant teams.Assist in customer account reconciliation and maintain proper documentation of collections.Conduct customer visits when required for payment follow-up and recovery.Maintain professional customer relationships while ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.🔹 Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in collections, recovery, accounts receivable, or a similar role is preferred.Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of accounting, invoicing, receivables, and payment processes.Good command of MS Excel and accurate record-keeping skills.Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, responsible, and confident in communicating with customers regarding payments.Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.🔹 Interested Candidates?If you have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage customer collections effectively, we would love to hear from you!📩 How to Apply: Send your updated CV to [Insert Email Address].📍 Location: [Insert Job Location]📅 Application Deadline: [Insert Deadline]Know someone who would be a great fit?
