The Collection Executive will be responsible for following up with customers on overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and other approved communication channels. QualificationsContact customers via phone, email, or in person to collect overdue paymentsFollow up on outstanding invoices and negotiate payment plans when requiredMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statusMonitor aging reports and prioritize high-risk accountsResolve customer queries related to billing and payment discrepanciesCoordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal) for dispute resolutionEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable collection lawsAchieve monthly collection targets and reduce delinquency ratiosEscalate non-responsive or high-risk accounts as per escalation matrix.Handle NPA (Non-Performing Asset) cases, including recovery follow-ups, settlement negotiations, and coordination for legal action where required
