We already have a great reputation for providing outstanding service delivery to some of the top global banks and telecom companies.Key responsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.Identify and escalate priority issues, keep records of all conversations and transactions in our DatabaseFrequently attend client briefing, meetings and trainingsMust haveAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage work efficientlyStrong English Language, Communication, Listening & Negotiation Skills to effectively engage with customersBasic computer Skills and willingness to work in shiftsNice to haveDecision making skills and team management experience
