Collection Executive

Role Description The Collection Executive role at PaisaMart is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The individual in this role will manage overdue accounts, follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels, and negotiate repayment plans while maintaining a professional and respectful approach. Daily responsibilities include monitoring account status, updating collection records in internal systems, coordinating with the finance and credit teams, and escalating high-risk cases in line with company policies. The role also involves analyzing payment patterns, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines, and contributing to process improvements that enhance recovery efficiency and customer experience.
