The company focuses on providing accessible, customer-centric auto finance solutions and offers a professional environment for career growth in the financial services sector.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Executive role based in Rajkot, open only to experienced professionals in collections. The role involves managing and monitoring overdue accounts, following up with customers through calls and visits, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining respectful and professional interactions. The Collection Executive will verify customer payment commitments, negotiate repayment plans aligned with company policies, and update systems with accurate collection and follow-up details. The role also includes coordinating with the credit and finance teams, preparing collection reports, identifying high-risk accounts, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.Qualifications Strong Credit Control and Finance skills to assess customer accounts, understand repayment capacities, and support risk management.Proven experience in Debt Collection, including field collections, negotiation of payment terms, and handling delinquent accounts.Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills to interact effectively with customers and interpret account data for decision-making.Prior experience in NBFC or banking collections, especially in auto or asset finance, is highly preferred.Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage targets, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in financial collections.Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field; additional certifications in credit or collections are an advantage.
