🚨 WE’RE HIRING – COLLECTION HEADCompany: Richman Fincap LimitedBrand: Salary ChampionLocation: B-52, 2nd Floor, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 2, New Delhi – 110028Nearest Metro: Shadipur / NarainaWe are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Collection Head to lead and manage our collections function.Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 yearsIndustry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Payday Loans / Short-Term Digital Lending / Fintech / NBFC Collections will be strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the overall collection team and portfolio• Drive collection efficiency across current and overdue buckets• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly collection targets• Develop bucket-wise recovery strategies and action plans• Manage team leaders and collection executives• Track PTPs, roll rates, resolution rates and recovery performance• Improve productivity, discipline and overall collection efficiency• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Management teams• Ensure collection activities remain compliant with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines• Build a strong, target-oriented and accountable collection cultureCandidate Profile:• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant collections experience• Strong understanding of unsecured lending and delinquency management• Experience managing collection teams and large portfolios• Strong analytical, leadership and negotiation skills• Payday loan / short-tenure lending experience will be an advantage• Must be comfortable working in a highly target-driven environment💰 CTC: Up to ₹10–12 LPA, depending on experience and performance.📍 Work Location: Naraina Industrial Area Phase 2, West DelhiInterested candidates can apply/share their CV with the HR team. hr@salarychampion.comJoin Salary Champion and lead a high-performance collections function.
