Collection Officer

Our client is seeking experienced Collection Officer to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle client interactions professionally, and experience in field collections.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue paymentsConduct regular client visits to ensure timely payment collectionMaintain accurate records of collection activities and customer accountsCoordinate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment issuesPrepare periodic collection and aging reportsNegotiate payment schedules when requiredEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresRequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of relevant collection experience in the construction or elevator industryFluent in English and ArabicValid driving license and willingness to travel for field visitsStrong negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet collection targets
