Collection Officer (B2B& B2C) | Fresh Graduates Welcome 📍 Location: Maadi We are hiring Collection Officers to join a leading international debt collection company.Role Description The Collection Officer (Excellent English) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments, clarifying account status, and agreeing on appropriate repayment arrangements in line with company policies. The officer will update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities in the system. Daily tasks include analyzing overdue accounts, identifying potential risks, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role also requires building professional relationships with customers, handling inquiries with courtesy, and coordinating with finance and customer service teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

Fresh Graduates are welcome! 🎓0 to 2 years of experience in in B2B & B2C debt collection.Excellent command of English – written & spoken ⭐Excellent communication & negotiation skillsExcellent email writing skillsStrong Microsoft Office skillsTarget-oriented, organized & persistentMaadi residents or nearby areas are preferredWork Conditions
