Job Description – Collections Team Lead

Company: Rajsi Infin Consultants Private Limited (NBFC) Location: Dwarka, New Delhi Department: Collections Positions: 1 Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a Collections Team Lead in payday loans, short-term loans, digital lending, or similar lending products.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, guide, and monitor the Collections Tele calling Team.Allocate accounts and set daily/monthly collection and recovery targets.Monitor pre-due, due, overdue, and delinquent accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.Track payment commitments (PTPs), payments received, overdue amounts, and broken commitments.Develop and implement appropriate collection and follow-up strategies for different delinquency stages.Handle difficult cases, customer disputes, and collection-related escalations.Monitor team call quality and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.Prepare and maintain daily and monthly Collection MIS, including recovery performance and delinquency trends.Coordinate with concerned internal teams for payment reconciliation and case resolution.Ensure achievement of collection efficiency, recovery, and delinquency-control targets.Ensure the team follows the Company's approved collection processes, customer communication standards, and compliant collection practices.Required SkillsStrong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience in account allocation, delinquency monitoring, payment tracking, collection strategy, and escalation handling.Ability to manage and drive a target-oriented tele-collections team.Working knowledge of computers, MS Office, loan applications, CRM, and collection systems.Good understanding of professional and responsible collection practices.Preferred: Candidates with hands-on team-leading experience in payday loans, digital lending, personal loans, short-term loans, or similar financial products.
