Job DescriptionsMonitoring accounts to identify overdue payments.Monitoring phone call reports to ensure collectors make sufficient phone contact daily, without any duty restrictions to contact debtors directly to enquire about their payment arrears.Conduct performance evaluations for team members, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for future development.Handling queries or handling complaints; Investigating historical data for each debt.Organize training sessions or workshops on relevant collection techniques, negotiation skills, or compliance requirements.Keep accurate records and report collection activities in daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Organize team members, including shift scheduling, and ensure the team achieves targets.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school education/vocational/ diploma in any field.Preferably an Employee (non-management & non-supervisory) specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent, minimum 1 year for Team Leader.Proficient in MS Office, database, and billing/CRM system.Strong math skills, good interpersonal skills, team management skills, and good multitasking skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Willing to work in BSD area, Tangerang.
