Headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, the company continues to expand its reach to help more families achieve sustainable homeownership.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collections Manager role based in Beawar. The Collections Manager will oversee the end-to-end collections process for housing finance accounts, including monitoring overdue portfolios, prioritizing follow-ups, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities include leading and guiding the collections team, allocating cases, tracking field visits, and ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and fair collection practices. The role involves analyzing collection trends, preparing performance reports, recommending process improvements, and coordinating with branches, credit, and operations teams to resolve customer issues. The Collections Manager will also focus on minimizing delinquency, reducing non-performing assets, and supporting business growth through disciplined portfolio management.Qualifications Strong collections and recovery management skills, including portfolio monitoring, case allocation, and follow-up planning.Experience in field collections, negotiation with customers, and managing overdue and high-risk accounts.Knowledge of housing finance or retail lending operations, including basic credit processes and regulatory guidelines.Team leadership and people management capabilities, with experience coaching and supervising collection staff.Analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with MS Excel or similar tools for tracking performance metrics.Clear and professional communication skills in English and local languages, with customer service orientation.Ability to work on-site in Beawar, with readiness for local travel as needed for field visits.Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related discipline; experience in NBFC or housing finance is preferred.Ethical conduct and adherence to non-discriminatory, fair collection practices in line with company policies and regulations.
