Collections Manager

Position SummaryThe After Sales/Collections Manager role plays a key role in supervising After-Sales Specialists that they may properly perform their duties and responsibilities to ensure collection of company’s receivables and management of clients’ portfolios.Core Responsibilities:Supervises AMD Specialist, Sr. Specialist, Account Officer, Sr. Account Officer and Assistant Manager that they may properly perform their duties and responsibilities.Checks outgoing documents prepared by subordinates such as letters, memos, request formHandles concerns elevated by the Account Officer, Sr. Account Officer and Assistant ManagerMonitors aging accounts handled by AMD Specialist, Sr. Specialist, Account Officer, Sr. Account OfficerReviews and analyzes summary of monthly beginning and ending report.Monitors prompt submissions of reports such as Daily Collection Report, Month Beginning and End Reports. Etc.Monitors subordinates in meeting the group's monthly collection target.Reviews, endorses and approves clients’ requestsReviews and signs the Final Notice for Cancellation and Forfeiture of delinquent accountsPerforms review and endorsement of accounts for re-openTrains, motivates, and leads after sales team to achieve set objectives and targetsMaintains contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service qualityAssists clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased properties or servicesBuilds and establishes good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenueDevelops and implements strategies effective to deliver the team’s targetsDevelops and optimizes support and service processes, tools, and systemsProvides periodic reports to management on all after sales activitiesEnsures compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job dutiesPerforms other tasks needed to ensure customer satisfaction at all timesAny duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Head of Accounts Management Department

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.At least 3 years of managerial experience in after-sales/collections operations.Extensive leadership and management experience, with a strong focus on customer relationship management and collections.Willing to be assigned in Plazuela de Iloilo - Ground Floor, Avila Building, Plazuela de Iloilo, Benigno Aquino Avenue, Mandurriao, Iloilo City 5000.
