 Monitored collection activities according to HO and Zonal regulations.

 Determined performance minimums and managed tracking of objectives.

 Monitoring 2500+ Cases with 3 Team leaders & 15 collection executive in NasikZone, given him Daily DRR Customer tracking resolve disputes & critical issues

 Team meeting in weekly basis to improve collection efficiency take hard & soft

situational decisions for improves the productivity of field officers.

 Tracking to legal issue on daily basis coordinate within panel legal advocates

 Internal audit to weekly basis receipt book audit, check the integrity issue, cross
